Popping sound

Any ideas as to what would pop (sounds like its coming from the front axle area) when turning the wheel. I have a fabtech 6" lift kit. Wondering if it's the shocks or steering stabilizers. Mostly it will pop loudly when I turn to enter a parking lot and am going over the curb.

Probably the lower balljoint but check the CV axle too.

i got the same clicking and when i took it to the dealership before my warranty went out they told me with any big truck you're going to hear some popping...i told them that i would keep my receipt and they would fix it if it's not due to it being a ''big truck.'' It has since gotten worse and am going to take it back to them.
