I have the same truck, though I don't know your answer, I was wondering if you are just doing spindles or if you need to also do the shocks and springs. I saw a couple auctions on ebay for our truck and they are selling 4 shocks, spindles for front and blocks for the back. Go to the site and type f150 lift and you'll see them. I saw some around $400 but didn't have a brand name shock that I;ve heard of.

Yeah, you can use all of your oem stuff.
I'd suggest parking your truck on a level surface and jacking up the front end 3 inches. Then decide if or what size block you need out back.
