Question about lift and MPGs

I have a 2005 f150 fx4 crew cab. Its suppose to get somewhere around 15 MPGs City and 19 MPGs Highway. It is fully stock at the moment. I would like to put a 6" Lift on with somewhere around 35 and 36 inch tires. So, here is my delimma...How many MPG would i actually lose by putting something like this on? And, is there a way to highten my MPGs after the lift is installed?

Thanks for helping out =).
Oh, by the way...Here is a photo of my truck.

If you correctly regear after installing the lift and tires, I can't see you losing more than 2-3 MPG.

What gears would u recommend for both city and highway use, saving MPGs?

I was getting 16-17 mpg's prior to lifting my truck. I added an Xcal II with Troyer custom tuning, an AF1 CAI and a custom SIDO exhaust and only lost about 1-2 mpg's after my lift. My last 3 tanks have been 14.8, 14.9 & 14.9 mpg's in mixed driving with about a 30/70 stop-n-go/highway miles split.

I am looking into regearing my truck, but haven't to this point.
