Removing A Leaf

I have an F150 7700 that I want to remove a leaf from the rear spring pack. I really never haul heavy loads with it and it rides way too stiff. I realize that it may sit a little lower, but I wouldnt mind if it wansnt *** up.

So what leaf should I remove? A short one, a long one, or a middle one. Any advice is appreciated.
