body lift vs suspension lift

What should i do, should i get a body lift or suspension lift the max for either would probally be 4 inches (because of gas reasons) what would u recomened. Its a 1990 f150 5.0

i got suspension on mine and love it. i had asked some people about a body lift and they had recomended the suspension lift.

I have a body lift and i love it too. Body lifts are a much cheaper way to clear some bigger tires.

Go with a suspension, it is more that a body lift but I personally think its much better.

if you want about 3-4 inches a suspension lift is a waste of money.

Both are great. It just boils down to how much lift you want and how much you want to spend.

hmm... $1200+ or $150.. not a lot of difference in the ride unless your a hardcore offroader. id go with the body easier to install also.
