Will this work?

im puttin on a 3 inch body lift for my truck and 35's. Along down the road if i wanted a little more height culd i put a new set of torsion keys and an add aleaf in the back? would it ride like crap?

yeh i cranked my bars up, but they said if i do a new set then i will get 2 more inches

IMO with all the future work you have listed, you'd be better off selling what you have and buying newer model Black F150.

i guess im just a little more connected to my truck than yourself i guess. Just cant let my baby go. and my truck is actually in the shop now getting the lift rims and tires put on

No he's not. Assuming he does all of the work himself, that stuff doesn't add up to very much. Not to mention his truck is about 10 years old now (and just now getting broken in ) so I'd have to guess resale value isn't going to be very much.

edit: didn't see the paintjob, that could add a few bucks to the total cost. I still say go with what you got though.

Like I said it's just an opinion. However I know what it's like to take a liking to something and not want to part with it too. Good luck bro and post some pics when your done, I'm sure it will look great

The aftermarket torsion bar adjustment keys allow you to put way, way too much preload on the torsion bars. THis will destroy your ride quality and increase wear and tear on your front end.

Definitely stay away from aftermarket keys.....

Aight thanks guys...def. jus guna stay with the 3 inch body lift. My truck is in the shp this weekend and should be done onday or tues. Im haveing my lift, rims and tires put on....soon as i get it back im postin sum pics
