f150 7" spindle Lift?

f150 7" spindle Lift?
anyone know any info about those? and would it work with an upper arm and lift coil?

You will see his truck there. (Memo21687) Obviously the truck has more done than the 7" spindle, but he is using them in combination with other lift components.
