4" Lift

Wondering what brand of 4" suspension lift for my '99 F150 Extended Cab 4X4 with 5.4L is of good quality. Looking to put 33" tires on. I'm I going to run in to any power problems like having to change gears out? Also, what damage on my gas mileage will I see?

I'm running the Rancho 4" lift on my Screw with 315's on it. Everything else is stock and I'm getting 16 MPG on the highway and thats with out the computer being recalibrated for the bigger tires.

I was always told that the 4 inch rancho lift is actually a six inch lift. You could fit 35's

That's the lift for the 04-07's that people report getting more than 4 inches of lift. Since the 97-03's ride height is adjustable via torsion bar preload, you may be able to get more than 4 inches of lift out of it also.

You get exactly 4" of lift with the Rancho kit on the '04-'07. Myself, along with other members on here that have installed it have measured before/after

Copenhagen is correct , only 4", but it fits 35's easy with no rubbing and no trimming needed (at least not with my tire and rim set up).
