Need some advice!!!!

I have a 2002 super crew with 22's on it I would like to lower it a little bit, I was thinking about bacikng off on the torsion bars in the front and taking out the lift blocks in the rear. Would this work? Would it be safe? Please let me know.

Yes, that will work. You will need an alignment when you finish.
