Cranked Torsion Bars

I've read a few post about folks recommending "cranked torsions bars".
-What does this do?
-How do I do it?
-Will there be a need for an alignment afterwards?

If you do have a 2005 like your profile says, your truck does not have torsion bars.

Check into a leveling kit.
