T-bars

If i crank my t-bars and put an add-a-leaf should i get longer shocks?...and if so should i get the Bilstiens?

For the front after cranking the torsion bars... no. You're not increasing or changing your suspension travel, only changing the resting position of the front suspension.

For the rear after adding the AAL. Probably not a bad idea, but unless you plan on cycling your rear shocks to their minimim and maximum travel limits you could probably get away without changing them.
