5 inch block

I want to raise the rear of my truck an inch so it sitsperfectly level. Everyone on this site says if u get a 5 inch block to replace the factory stacked on top a 3 inch block it will make it level. I cannot find a 5 inch block for my truck anywhere. I checked summit, 4wp, and ebay. If you could let me know where u got yours that would be awesome! thanks

it's two blocks. I thought the same thing. Look for my thread " Levelling out a six inch fabtech" in the forums.

Stacking 8 inches of blocks?

I hope you have a liability waiver for the passengers of your truck. Oh, and you may want to research a little thing called "axle wrap" before you make that mistake.

I would just invest the money in getting Deaver leaf springs or some other kind of method than using 5" blocks.

no. hes replacing the factory 2" block that is stacked on a the lift kit 3" block. Instead of the 5" of rear lift from 2 blocks, hes getting 5" of lift from one block.

Thats still a huge block. I would do some aal or something.

Sorry but I hate blocks. Once I get my truck lifted, I'm gonna be getting an aal or Deaver leaf springs.

The Rize block is 6". Many folks add an AAL on top of that It's a bit extreme but as long as pinion angle and drive shaft is correct... not much of a problem.

So he want's to swap out 3" of lift for 3" of lift

There is no better way to lift it without spending $700 on Deaver or Atlas springs. Sure, I'd love to get another 2" of lift in the rear. . except it'd cost me $700 for springs and another $750 for custom King shocks. I'm running a Deaver add-a-leaf and a 6" block in the rear with a little axle wrap but at least I don't have to deal with the rough ride of a 4" add-a-leaf.

There would be a lot less axle wrap with one single block vs two blocks stacked. . not to mention that stacking blocks isn't the best idea.
