Need Help!?

Hello, I have a 4x2 1999 Ford F-150 4.6L, and lately I have been having horrible noises come from the front of my truck. Everytime I turn, I have a nasty screaching sound, and I was wondering what exactly do I need to replace or oil.

Need a little more info. Does it sound like the belt slipping on the on the power stearing pump. That's the the only thing I can think of that would sould like a screeching. Does it make the noise turning both directions? Does it make the sound making a easy turn or a very sharp turn like turning right at a intersection. Does it make the sound when you're backing up and make a turn.
