new truck need help on tires

Hey guys i did have a 2wd 1999 F150 ext. cab, and i traded it in for a 2000 4x4 ext. cab XLT. and i saved the 3" body lift and i am goin to put it on my new ford, but what would be the best tire size for this lift on a 4x4, with no rubbing? and i also would like some help on what would be the best 15" rims? i was planning on getting the mickey thompson M/T Classic Lock rims with 4 1/8" Backspacing.

Thanks sorry meant to post on wheels and tires. but help would be well appreciated.

I'm not so sure 15" rims will fit over the brakes. Do you have 15" rims currently?

16" rims is the smallest you can go. 16" rims came factory on my truck before I switched over to 17" rims.
