I have a 04 3'' body lift, and an daystar leveling kit. The front driver side has a loud squeak. It dont take but the slightest movement to make it sound, just open the door,climb in and out,turn the wheel,prop against the side of the truck. It's been this way for a long time but does not squeak if it rains but we have not had rain in about two months I have taken it apart greased and every thing is tight. Could it be the daystar rubber drying out?

 

You can try making a rubber washer out of a softer rubber compound or go to the hardware store and match up the size with plumbing gasket.
