so if i get a six '' lift kit is towing pretty much over

umm no they make all sorts of ball mounts that will help keep your loads level with the higher hitch.

i have about 11" of lift and i tow all the time

Just buy a ball mount drop to make up the diffference ,problem can't see my boat trailer when empty now
