Stiffen up the rear leafs.

I want to put 2" drop shackles on my 06 F150, and I was wondering if there is an AAL or something else to stiffen the rear springs without lifting the rear.
I don't want air bags. I would like to get rid of my axle wrap and wheel hop.

bolt your overload springs to the main springs? might lower it a bit too.

i dont think there is a way without getting new springs.

do they make 4" drop shackles? if you could find a set of those and then a 2" AAL youd get what you are looking for.

4 inch drop shackles would be 8 inches long, wouldnt they? that would put you through the bed...

Autozone sells a spring helper kit for $20 to $30 that wouldnt raise it back it after you lowered it. It bolts to your springs but not sure if it would help out on wheel hop though.

A set of traction bars should take care of the wheel hop and axle wrap.

I purchased Rancho 9000 adj and put it on it's firmest setting and it made a huge difference without raising the rear. No more axle wrap or wheel hop.
