Need Answers

I have been all over this forum and read alot of info about leveling kits, but I have a dumb question because I just bought my SCREW 2WD. Does the leveling kit go on the front or the rear? Will it make my truck look better? Will it void my warranty and cause possible damage? I want my truck to look level instead of up in the rear and down in the front (plus I feel like I am going to slide off my seat when driving ). I also want to replace the 17" stock wheels with a bigger wheel and tire (I want the 4X4 look and stance for my 2wd truck.Any suggestions for me.

It will only void the warranty if they can prove the leveling kit caused the damage.

Most "leveling kits" are spacers used to lift the front an inch or so to level the truck. Sometimes lowering shackles are sold as leveling kits. They will lower the rear an inch or so to level the truck. You just need to decice if you want an offroad look (lift the front) or a street look (lower the rear).

Thanks for the information. Is the leveling kit difficult to put on? I will do the 2" kit from what I have read it seems to be the most common.

Sounds like a deal if you are positive you have the instructions. Does this require any disassembly of the coils, shocks, etc. because I don't have any air tools or heavy duty tools. I am fairly handy, but I need picture directions

Holy Hell....I found some instructions online and I can't do that install I don't have a strut compressor and the other tools I would need. Guess I will hold off cuzz I don't want to pay $50 for the kit and a couple hundred for installation at a shop.
