springs

I have a 02 F-150 4x4 reg. cab. I was wondering what is the best option to help the truck not sag, when I put weight in the back? Should I put helper springs in ( what kind do you recommend)? or should I add a rear leafspring (would this make the back to high with no weight in the rear)? thanks

THe best, and most expensive solution would be an airbag set up. That way you can adjust the rear suspension for the load.
