Pro Comp M/T - a piece $150 = $600
Pro Comp wheels - a piece $125 = $500
Alignment = $50
Mount & Balance = $40
Lift = $1,600

Total so far... $2,790. Labor should not be nearly another $2,000. Seems a little high to me.

4wheel parts has the fabtech system listed for $2976.87 also i believe the system comes with new rear leaf spring, i dont trust blocks, never have......never will, a buddy of mine had a lift on his yota with blocks while off roading the block broke bed dropped down on the tire and wasnt pretty at all he needed new bed panel and a new tire.

No fabtech kit comes with leaf springs. The only lift companies with aftermarket leaf springs are skyjacker and BDS. There may be some others but those are the 2 major ones.

Well, just for a basis of comparison, I put a procomp 6" lift along with 35"x12.5" nitto terra-grapplers with 18"x10" KMC XD series rims on my truck and with the cost of those, plus mounting and alignment and renting a stall in my local hobby shop for a lift, tools etc. to do it myself I spent a grand total of $3310.00.

I would expect to spend about $1000.00 in labor (at least that's what I got quoted) but anything beyond that... too much in my opinion. In fact, I thought that was too much which is why i did it myself and I'm glad I did because now I KNOW it was done right the first time. But in retrospect, I wouldn't do it for less than a grand myself.

OK i did some figuring
Pro-comp 17" 7189 Rims: 4 x $185 = $740
Pro-comp M/T 35x12.50 Tires: 4 x $230 = $920
Fabtech 6" Lift: "$1600.00"
Alignment: $50
Mount & Balance: $50
Total: $3360.00
So almost 1300 in labor, but the good thing in these guys are fast service 2 days max, they eat,sleep, and breath F series trucks. They also have racing trucks, 2 F150s a 250, and a ranger (prerunner)
