I had a level kit on my 2005 FX4 and never had a problem.

Had level kit installed on my 2007 but later out for 8 inch lift .

I ran 17 x 9 with 35's and 18x 9 with 35's

Only experianced rubbing once while hard turning on a curb.

Both methods lift the truck the same way. The only advantage of going with the Bilstiens is you get a much better shock.

How About Bilstein Shocks And The Leveling Kit To Get 4.5'' Inches? Will That Work? With 3'' Or 2'' Block On The Rear.

No, that won't work. There is a limit to everything. You can't just bolt on a 4 inch longer shock or a 4 inch spacer to lift the front of an IFS truck.
