If you do a search for Rancho or Superlift you should find a lot of info.
I have the Superlift kit. So far I am happy with my kit. I would have gotten a Rancho kit, but I didn't like how the front track width is increased. Superlift does not increase the front track width. I think either kit would be good. Superlift.com also has an informative video for the 4.5" lift on their website. Click the camera to check out my gallery, then check out the Rancho and Superlift websites. Hope this helps.

THe RCD lift is also a great kit. It's also adjustable for 4.5 or 6 inches of lift.

RCD is a great quality kit too. It is probably better quality, but it is a lot more expensive. When I spoke with RCD, they told me the front track width is increased. Also, the rear blocks are for the 6" lift settings. Also, the 6" lift setting will have increased cv angles. The 4.5" setting will give you factory cv angles, but I'm not sure if it will sit level in the rear. This is the information I got from the RCD rep. Hope this helps.

Would you give me some measurements.

Distance from ground to:
Bottom of door/frame
top of front and rear wheel wells.

I think I will be ordering this lift today. I have looked around a lot and done a ton of research. I like the looks a lot. My truck is black like yours, just the 4 door w/ 6.5' bed.

Thanks

I have a Rancho lift and am happy with it. Here is a picture of my front track width increase for reference (Rims have 5.75" backspacing):

I don't even notice it. There are more pictures in my gallery.

I chose Rancho for the relative ease of installation. I did it by myself on jack stands in my garage with hand tools.
