leveling???

I know the whole "leveling kit vs. warranty" question has been asked a hundred times, so I apologize. But I went by this shop in town that sales truck accessories and talked to a salesman. This shop installs leveling kits for the dealership that I bought my truck from. The salesman told me they've never had anyone have warranty troubles after installing a leveling kit, but I was wondering if I have to have this shop or one similar to install the kit for me to retain my warranty? Because I would much rather do it myself because they charge 550 for the kit, install and realignment. Which may not be bad, but I wouldn't mind putting it in my self to save a couple hundred bucks.

I think I already know the answer to this question but I figured I'd ask anyway. Thats what forums are for, to ask the same question that eveyone else on the board has asked a hundred times before. lol Thanks.

That seems pretty steep. It's only around 300 around here for the kit, install, and alignment included...

I'm not sure about the warranty though.

Wow, that is pretty steep. I know our dealer charges 300 all installed and stuff, but you can get them for like 100 on the internet and install them yourself, plus the install is only 2 hours, 3 hours tops.

I was quoted 400+ bones for a daystar installed with an alignment at 4wp. My ***. I went with an autospring ($89) and DIY'd it then got an alignment from the dealer.
