I'd go with the Daystar spacers.

You basically have to remove the coilsprings and reinstall them with the spacers and then get an alignement.

are the springs hard to get out? i heard somewhere you had to have like a spring compressor to get them off.

Daystar

I just put a set of 1-1/2" Daystar on my 97 f-1502wd.When I measured it showed 1-1/2" to level the front to the back. Little did I know the coils already had a 1/2" rubber on top of them that you can't leave when adding another and there's no room on the bottom. So I came up about 3/8"-1/2" from being level. They weren't hard to put on since I was replacing upper and lower balljoints. As long as you are not going more than 2" you shouldn't need a spring compressor. I didn't I put a floor jack under the swing arm released the balljoints and let it down. Put the Daystars in and used the floor jack to pick back up put the nuts on the balljoints and tightened them up. Yep got to have a front end alignment after adding height.
