Use the search feature. You'd be amazed how much of this stuff is in there from previously asked questions.

You don't need a leveling kit because the front ride height of your truck is adjustable by the amount of preload on the torsion bars. You can fit 33x12.50's on 10 inch wide aftermarket wheels (with 4.5 inches of backspacing) or 35x12.50's by using the OEM wheels.

The size is 315/70-17. Yes, you can fit them using the OEM 17x7.5 inch wheels but it is an extremely tight fit. You will have some minor rubbing on the frame at full steering lock. Personally, I wouldn't go that big on a stock 4x4 unless you plan on lifting the truck in the near future.

ok so i was thinking i could get it lifted but turns out i cant, so i am just gonna crank the torsion bars to level it out, get 33's and some aftermarket 10" wide wheels. how will that work?

I think that will look much, much better at stock height. If you use a 10 inch wide wheel (with 4.5 inches of backspacing), you will just have to trim a little plastic off your front bumper's lower valance for clearance. I have some pics of this in my gallary.

If you crank up the torsion bars it will make the initial portion of the front suspensions travel slightly stiffer. Some people love this, some hate it. Try it and see. You really don't have to crank them up to clear 33's on 10 inch wide wheels, but the truck will look better sitting level.

well i calculated the price overall from NTWonline, it would be MORE to NOT get a body lift, and go w/ 33x13.50R18s!! so, it came out around $1500 for a 3" PA body lift, 315x75R16 Mickey Thompson Baja Claws Radials, and 16x10 eagle alloy rims. I also want some flowmasters and some "gap guards" or whatever they're called to cover up the gap from the body lift. do you think i'll be able to keep in under or at $2000? i'm thinking i'll have to get the flows later...
