I talked with Kevin from AS today for a while and I decided to finally bite the bullet and order the AS Powdercoated 2.5" leveling kit and the AS 1.5" AAL for my truck. I explained that I did not want the rear to go any higher than 1.5" of lift with the AAL and blocks were not what I wanted. He said that he could take some of the bend out of the AAL and that should prevent anymore than 1.5" of lift in the rear over stock (he said usually you will get almost 2" with the 1.5" AAL).

After ordering I went outside with the jack and some jackstands to see what it will look like when installed. Assuming that it comes out like I measured today, I will be very happy! Here are the pics:

hey how much did you pay for the AAL and the leveling kit? how much for installation? i got a quote here in california and they were asking 800 bucks for everything.. i just wanted to compare.

 

$239.80 shipped for everything. I will install it myself when it arrives.

 

that's a more reasonable price, where did you buy it from, i may just buy the samething, i been wanting to add a couple inches front and back and if you can show or post something and how to install it, i appreciated bro.
