today while driving home from work, i was running about 60mph down the road when it felt like something hit the bottom of my truck right below the gas pedal. i didn't see anything in the rear view and visual inspection on the truck seems normal. this is the first time this has happened, am i just overreacting for nothing or should i be looking deeper. by the way truck is an 04 xlt 4x4. thanks!

 

The first time I met my ex-girlfriend's mom, I ran over her cat. It sounded pretty much like that. As they took the cat to the vet it had a seizure and bit my girlfriend. Her arm got all swollen and I ended up spending the night at the hostpital, then going back to her house to bury the cat.

My advice to you: if you think it may have been your girlfriend's cat, do yourself a favor and forget about it.
