Daystar spacer in coil spring assembly question

Hows it goin fellas. I have a suspension combination question, anyone that can help me out id appreciate it. I wanna make sure this will work before I go and do it.

What my setup currently consists of is a 05 F150 2WD with a Pro-Comp Stage 1 lift (utilizing the 6” spacer in the front, non-coilover), and a Performance Accessories 3” body lift.

What I am looking to do is to add half of a Daystar Leveling kit to the front suspension to make room for 37’s. I am not going to stack spacers, I am actually planning on installing only the 1.5” spacer that goes into the coil spring itself. Will this work for me, or will I run into problems, will I need to extend brakelines or anything else? Also, will I have alignment issues or will camber be off etc…? and will shops install this spacer or will they not install because of my current setup. Thanks again for any help. -Ryan

note the picture below, iam not gunna stack the daystar ontop of the already present pro comp spacer, iam going to use the seperate daystar spacer that goes into the coilspring assembly itself, to achieve 1.5"s.

You should be able to clear 37's with your current setup..

Why not just upgrade your shocks for roughly the same price and the daystar and purchase a set of bilstien adjustable replacement shocks. I think they adlust to 1.5 and 2.5 inches of lift. That is what I would do. I have them and they ride awesome. Just my $.2s

It will be close without adding the spacer.

Oh, I'm sure an adjustable shock like the Rancho's or Bilstiens would be better. Ford doesn't make the best shocks, so just about any decent quality aftermarket shock is an improvement.

its lookin like bilstein only makes the 5100 adjustable preload shock for 4x4 applications. no 2wd.

It's possible, I'd think it'd be better to get the adjustable coilovers though.

But, I'm almost positive that Bilstein makes the 5100 series for a 2WD.

Axle wrap is in the rear. . in most cases, especially a IFS suspension.

Shouldn't the 4WD bilsteins bolt onto the 2WD.

I know you can put stock 4wd coil overs onto a 2WD

Overdrive will probably be useless untill you regear. I wouldn't use overdrive untill you get lower gears (except for the freeway).

How long are you going to wait? I've waited quite a while without any problems. I wish I could of done gears from day one though!

It's really not that bad but than again I've got 3.73s which probally do make a little difference.
