Shock stuck on!!!

i cannot get my one of my rear shocks off of my 96 f150 the top came off easily but then i found that i could not for the love of god get the bottom bolt out. the nut came off, but i balieve that the metal shim inside the bushing of the shock rusted itself to the bolt. ive hit it with a 4lb sledge, ive heated it with a torch, but i cant get it off!!!!!

what are my options. ill get pics tonight.

in the process of trying to get the shock off i bent it so far (to get it out of the way) that it completely broke off inbetween the shaft and the eye!
lol

fixed it, i had to take a 5-6" cutting wheel and a grinder from school shop to cut the bolt in three places to get the damned thing out. got the new shock on though!
