3" body lift q's

i just installed my PA 3" body lift yesterday on my 91 f150 4x4. since it is a 4x4 it has the telescoping steering column so i didn't have to do anything with that. i ended up inching the lower radiator hose down a bit and it clears fine. i didn't need to use the bracket for the parking brake either. i was left over with 3 blocks and 3 bolts with no more nuts left. i believe those are for extended cabs or beds. i have standard size everything. the only problem i ran into was when getting ready to drive it, i noticed i couldn't get the shifter over into 1st or 2nd gear due to the floor board. i trimmed the floor alittle and was able to get them. i then had to trim the bezel for the transfercase shifter to go into 2H. everything else seems to be just fine, but i do want to be able to put a boot back over the shifter. what did yall do for this? is there anywhere i should look for a boot or possibly elongated shifter? last thing to do is adjust the bumper.

BTW body lifts on 16 year old trucks are not easy at all. bolts tend to break very easy!!! grinders and dremels are your friends.

i would re-check your directions if it mentions anything about that. Or contact PA directly.
