Installing lift tomorrow, a couple of questions.

Ok the weather is finally back to normal and I can't wait any longer to install my lift coils and aal's so i'm going to do it tomorrow. I took the instructions that I have outside and tried to go over everything step by step to get a good idea of what I was getting myself into. This is my first time and I don't have much experience with this kinda stuff at all so bare with me here. I have a couple of questions that will probly make me sound like retard but I have to ask.
How do I remove the Tie Rod? Do I need a special tool? To disconnect the anti-sway, bar do I just remove the nut on the bottom?

How do I disconnect the upper ball joint?
I'm pretty sure I got the leaf springs down except which one is the helper spring, top or bottom?
Any help from you guys would be great cause i'm really looking to learn how to start doing things like this myself not only to save some money but also to take pride in knowing that I didn't have to pay someone.
I'm doing it tomorrow so quick replys would be cool
Thanks

ya just get a mini sledge and hit the top of ur spindle. The tie rod will pull right out once you take out the cotter pin and unscrew the nut
