Bed bolts

Start putting something on the bed bolts right now everyday so they are loosened up when you start. Otherwise they can be a major pain in the ***...

Good luck

body mount bushings. if they are press fitted like on the newer f150's, you may need a press to get them out.

Start soaking all of the body mounting bolts now. You need a large pair of channel locks or a pipe wrench and a friend to hold the round nuts/bushings used to mount the cab. Also, you need a saw to trim a couple of inches off the front of the frame so you bumper/valance will mount correctly. You can use a hacksaw, but a sawsall works better.

Is there any difference puttin a body lift on after a suspension lift as opposed to putting a body lift on with no suspension lift?

Yeah, you'll need a lot more 2x4s.
