ranger body lift on 150

ranger body lift on 150
I have a 3 in p/a body lift for a ranger in the shop. just curious if it will work on my f150. blocks and bolts should be the same, my main question concerns the steering extension? is it the same? fuel filler neck? what about the 4wd switch on the dash any thoughts? thanks
