do you have a 4x4 or 4x2? You should be able to fit 35's under there with a bodylift or a leveling kit (might need some trimming) but there is no way to fit 37's (excluding Josiah who has some pretty bad rubbing issues) without at least a 6"suspension, leveling kit and an AAL. Even then you would need to do some trimming. If you want 37's I'd at least go with an 8" Suspension lift

haha yeah I realized it was 4x4 once reading your name If you're looking for a good body lift, I would go with the Performance Accesories kit and get the gap guards. I am actually thinking about getting the same kit myself. Hopefully some other guys with the kit will chime in to tell you more about it.

yea, the PA body lift is legit. its a little harder on the new f150s like ours but its do-able on your own, thats if you plan on installing it yourself. look forward to spending about 5-700 on the install if you goto a shop, and about 300 for the kit with gap guards. i mixed mine with a 6" suspension lift (which shops say isnt good, or wont even install it with a susp lift on the truck) but i have had 0 problems, as well as several people on this forum.

I agree. Crank up the torsion bars, add a body lift and you can fit 35's.

The 97-03 F-150 4x4's have torsion bars with dual a-arm front suspension. THe front ride height is adjustable by the amount of preload on the torsion bars. Most people can get close to 2 inches of lift by increasing the preload on the torsion bars.

I looked up the Performance Accesores kit and it said something about the rear hitch cannot be used for towing....is that true? If i put a body kit on, I cant tow with my truck?

You can't tow with the bumper if you raise it. You can still tow with your receiver hitch.

They are some of the best tires I have ever owned. They do exceptional on and offroad and haven't let me down yet. Ive had them for about 20,000 miles and they look brand new.
Here are some pics:

~15,000 miles
