Talking Pro Comp Shocks

I purchased a Leveling kit and SC3000 shocks for my 2005 F350 Diesel from 4 Wheel Parts and after 1 1/2 years the front shocks leaked and one side went dry. I called 4 Wheel Parts and asked about the warranty. I got nothing but sarcastic replays and no help they did not even answered my email and they said they will call me back no call! I then called Pro Comp and talked to the tech there wow is he full of information! He told me the shocks are good but not for my appellation. My truck is too heavy for a single SC3000 and 4 Wheel Parts should have never sold me them my truck calls for SC9000 shocks. Them Pro Comp sent me a set of MX6 shocks to make up for 4 Wheel Parts screw up. Pro Comp will stand behind there products even when someone sells you the wrong thing. I just wanted to tell everyone about a supplier for Off-Road suspensions that has very good customer support and products. My problem was with 4 Wheel Parts not Pro Comp. I will purchase my Lift Kit ,Tires and rims from someone else than 4 Wheel Parts.

My son has SC3000 shocks on his F150 and they are good but for an F350 no! I would try to get 4 wheel parts to upgrade to SC9000 it will cost you about $30.00 and it will be worth it in the long run.Good luck with $ wheel parts customer relations.

it all depends on the sales rep at 4 wheel parts, i have been dealing with them for years know all the guys at my local shop by name, and yes there are guys there that dont know crap, but they can beat any price on the enternet or in town if you know what you are looking for then they are a good shop,
