Over the weekend we changed the upper and lower balljoints and the outter tierod. And now there is a loud popping noise coming from the front left. And it was not doing it before we did all the work. Every thing is torqed to specs and we can not figure out what is popping. Any help is appreciated.

 

You may have to try re-doing/re-torque all the nuts/bolts. Do them one at a time and them try it also it's a good idea to torque them with the truck on the ground not a jack. If you have it jacked-up this could put stress on things that would call a 'popping' noise.

 

Thanks for the help but i did figure it out it was the cv shaft.
