slight squeak/squeal...

i torqued my torsion bars the other day about 2.5 turns and only lifted the front end about 5/8 of an inch. I have NOT gotten the front end re-aligned and have driven less than 50 miles. Today i noticed a slight high pitched squeal. Its a pretty irritating sound that i can hear with the windows down but not up. Its not the engine as it only does it when the tires are spinning. I can't really pin point whether or not it is in the front or not. Any ideas as to what this could be? Could it be from torquing the torsion bars? Should i have the front end re-aligned? thanks for the help...
