Strut/Spring Compressor

I am going to remove my Revtek spacer and install the 2.5" AS spacer on my 05. I'll need to compress the Strut to remove the Revtek...Anyone used a strut compressor before and is it relatively easy to do?? I got no problem with the AS spacer install just wondering about compressing the Strut??
BTW thanks a lot for all your help in answering my questions

I rented a strut spring compressor from Autozone that worked fine. As long as you return it, you'll get your money back, so it's free

If you use one, make sure you index mark your shocks/spring/strut so they line back up the same way when you put them back together.

I agree. Your truck has some heavy duty coilsprings. You need a heavy duty spring compressor.
