I pieced together a kit like that. You might not need a reindexed key. I did because my torsion bars sagged alittle. So instead of new bars, I just got the reindexed key. The add-a-leaf i used was a pro-comp. I got about 3" of lift total.

The only advantage I know of is they gererate income for the people that sell them. Personally, I think they are a ripoff. They do the same thing you can do with your stock adjustment keys, only moreso. Increasing torsion bar preload is increasing torsion bar preload whether you use the OEM keys or aftermarket keys. The aftermarket keys just allow you to put way too much preload on the torsion bars. THis leads to premature wear and tear on your CV and ball joints and destroys your ride quality.
Hey Wandell,
I did a few different searchs for the torsion bar "upgrade".
Do you recall anyone sucessfully installing the 7700 lb torsion bars to accomplish "leveling" their truck?
I hope that isn't a dumb question. It doesn't really make sense to me... but I have read a bunch of threads discussing this subject.
In my mind, changing the operating angle via preload or stiffer/thicker bar will still change the operating angles of CV, ball joints, etc....
Please help me understand.
Thanks!

I know a few people have done it. I'm not sure you will gain any lift with the 7700lb/F-250 torsion bars. It's a good idea if you have some type of heavy front end accessory like a winch or heavy aftermarket bumper.
