Unlevel truck...

after realizing my only way to level my truck is with a suspension lift, i began looking into torquing my torsion bars. After searching this i found that one should measure from bottom of rim to inside fender. I did this and got 32" or 31.5" on the driver side rear and either 32" or 32.5" on the passenger side. I don't remember exactly but i know the drivers side was a half an inch lower than the passenger side. I searched this as well. My questions are could a 3/4 tank make this half inch sag? I read that a few people were going to change their leaf springs or re-arc them. I am curious about the process, cost, and results of this. Also is the aforementioned procedure of measuring the height a good one or is there a better way to get an exact measurement? I guess I may have to wait until my tank is almost empty, but thats about 2 weeks seeing as i do not drive too far or often. Any replies would be awesome thanks!!
