You need to be a little more specific. What kind/size tires and wheels do you want? Is your truck 2 or 4wd? An allignment is anywhere from $60-$110. Nobody says you have to get new tires period. Just because you get a lift doesn't mean you have to go with a wider set of tires. It is much safer to go wider as you go taller, but you do not have to. The way I look at it, if you are already getting new rims, just get wider ones and run a wider tire. There's really no reason not to.

Not all lifts, tires and wheels are the same. The final price really depends on the setup you decide to go with. I would easily plan for somewhere around $5k though for total cost though. You can save anywhere from $500 - $800 by doing the install yourself though.

As for tires it's all really a matter of preference. I am going with 12.50" tires when I get my lift installed, but I only have a 2WD and I want to ensure no rubbing issues.
