Chassis Lube

This might be a really ridiculous question, but I couldn't find anything with the search feature.

I need to do a chassis lube on my 2002 F-150 SCab (FX4, 5.4L). The last time it was done was at a 60,000 mile checkup and I'm over 90,000 now. Shame on me. Anyway, I've been under the truck to try to locate the grease fittings, and I can't find ANY. The Haynes manual points out the places where the fittings should be, or, if there aren't fittings, where you could/should install fittings ... I can't find them.

I feel like a real idiot about this since I do a lot of my own vehicle maintainence, but since I'm mostly self-taught there are some big gaps in my knowledge. Any help would be appreciated.

The only fitting you'll find from the factory is on the idler arm where it mounts to the frame. Everything sles is 'lubed for life'.
