im almost crashing my truck everytime im on the freeway

every time im on the freeway (which is ''the bumpiest" freeway ever)and exceed 75-80mph the rear of my truck starts slide out really really bad. keep in mind im not even turning just going straight! now does this make sence for the reason why its doing this: when i first bought the lift the rear shocks i got were 2-3" short with the travel all the way out i figured it was no big deal and left it cause i was planning on buying king shocks later any ways..... keep in mind this freeway is very bumpy sence i dont have all my down travel my shock ends and it acts like a limiting strap and rebonds the tires off the ground causing my so slide out.... does that make sence???? any other opinions??

i like dancing bananas

If your rear shocks aren't the correct size, then that's probably the problem. Sounds like quite a safety issue to me and I personally wouldn't drive it unless I had the correct components.

Geez, my Rize doesn't do that. .

JK!

PS: Why not contact CST and find out what the measurements are for the shock and check to see if yours are the same?

Kings are about $750 for the pair in the rear.

Have you thought about getting the Bilstein 5150s? I have them and they ride very good.

i thought about getting 5150's but i think i might get the kings.... i mean hell look at them there beautiful!!! the ones i might get aren't the piggy back res. ones the remote res. and i can get them for $265 a peace.... not a bad price if you ask me....the guy im getting them from is the guy i bought the lift and previous shocks from that were to short so he feels really bad and might nock even more off that price!!

I've never heard of a truck doing that, if you find out what it is I'd like to know.
