I've been reading up quite a bit through the suspension forums and have seen this question asked a few times but never properly answered. I have a stock 86 f150 300L6 4x4 and am just wanting to level out the front end cheaply. I can get 2" blocks for the front end shipped to me for just over $50 but I might have access to free coil springs from a similar year f250 pick up with a v8. has anyone tried just swapping the coil springs from a heavier duty pick up? any input would be great thx.
