I am looking to install a Pro Comp 6" on my 2005 FX4. Where can I get a good price? I saw a post about an eBay dealer selling them for $999 shipped, but got no response when I contacted them. Anybody else know of where I can get a good deal?

Is this something I can install myself? A local off road shop will install for around $500, is it worth it to do it myself or pay them and avoid any problems?

Some members here have purchased Pro Comp lifts off Ebay. Maybe they will see this and name the seller.

 

ebay will be the cheapest place by far.... i would install it your self its a great expierence and if you ever have problems you will know what to do.

 

I agree. I installed my lift by myself and learned a ton. Plus I saved myself around $500 and it is a great feeling of satisfaction doing it yourself.
