Air bag Question

I recently put the autospring 2in level kit and 33's on my '04 supercrew 4x4, so naturally when I put more than 5 pounds in my bed the bumper drags. I'm leaning towards the firestone air bag helper springs, my question is, in the instructions on all the different air spring kits it kind of warns about raising the vehicle by the frame. Is this something of concern or really a non issue? I have all my service done at the ford dealer and I'm sure they put it on the lift by the frame. Any input would be appreciated.

It's defenitely of concern because it will stretch the bags maybe to the point of ripping them. You just need to use caution when jacking it up from the frame thereafter or just jack it up by the axle instead.
