I like the new style but I bought this 2 years ago when the new style was just working out some bugs and I don't see myself getting rid of it any time soon....Now with the lift I love it more

Just got back from the alignment shop...Anybody have any issues with their pitman arm gease fitting rubbing the transmission return line? The guy bent the line up alittle said to be careful and don't go to full turn, but we checked it after the test ride and it wasn't rubbing anymore. Also it seem like there was a little vibration in it. Is this just getting used to the suspension because I didn't notice any Sat night. Looks like just some minor problems any help fixing these would be Wonderful............Other than that I LOVE IT!

I meant Idler arm not pitman

if you bent the line out of the way you should be fine, just crawl under there and check it after 500 miles or so

with my drop, my tires rub the frame and sway bar at full lock, so just suck it up and get used to it, or go back to stock

Steering Stabilizer Kit
Ordered this from General Spring of Kansas City today.

Will it help stop the steering from moving back and forth between 45 and 55 mph?

looks good, haha then again look at my truck.

only thing i could say is bigger tires, I rode around on my stock 31s for about a week before my new 35s came in.

They had to be squeezed in though, I had to take off my running boards and do a decent amount of trimming though

did you have any trouble with the steering wheel going back and forth around speeds between 45 and 55 mph?
I am thinking that the stabilizer will help but I am not sure
It is not pulling in either direction The alignment was done yesterday

First off excellent looking truck i have the 01 screw myself and i wish i had black but my pops gave me the truck for a first so i aint complaining i would throw some black rims on the black truck imho. Love the setup just saving it up myself to get the Fabtech 6" too. Keep us informed on that steering and it looks like you will be some time before getting it regeared let us know how it runs with the fabtech without regearing.

Killer Setup

oh and hartung14 why did the 35's rub with the 6" susp. i thought you could eiasly clear 35's and some have run 37's.

chug4real, so did I, I really didnt think there would be a problem. I didn't have to trim much but it definately didn't fit flush. the worst was when I had my running boards on.

the steering stabilizer should fix the steering feedback at 45-55mph, basicly what theyre designed to do

& how did you get rubbing, i know plenty of guys with 36s on a 6" fabtech & didnt have to trim any
