gears and gas mileage

Now that I have my lift I have to move on. The next thing I will be getting is gears. I was thinking 4.88 or 5.10. What to you think?

Also, How can I improve my gas mileage? Im not even getting double digits. Ive done that usual intake, exhaust, etc. Is there any thing else?

4.88 would be good for your 37" i have not found 5.13 for the 9.75 rear that you have if you have the 5.4, good luck
