Last ?'s before truck goes in for the lift....

Well I'm going to call tomorrow and set up an appointment to drop my truck off for the lift to be installed. I am just wondering if there is anything else I should do besides for:

Taking the lift, tires, wheels, lug nuts and socket with me to the shop. Also taking a new set of ceramic front brake bads(no brake dust). I can't think of anything else I need to take to the shop?

Also is there any reason at looking at a 2.5" spacer and a add-a-leaf to get 8.5" of lift? I only plan on running 35's or 36's and the truck will be on the road 99% of the time.

If you all can think of anything please let me know....
