Question About Lifting My Truck

I want to raise my truck 4". I have a 2001 f250 superduty. what is the lease expensive way to do it. But I also want a smooth ride.

there are plenty of companies that make lifts for your ruck, skyjacker i believe and fabtech make several size lifts.

The hanger/shackle lifts will probably be the least expensive.
